THE LEOTERRA Process
Our in-house land acquisition team identifies potential projects in the best markets in the Carolinas.
We perform extensive due diligence for vetting sites on a development constraint and pro forma basis.
After acquiring projects, we create efficient, reliable and detailed construction plans in conjunction with our in-house civil engineer(s) and surveyors. These plans are executed by our expert grading, utility and paving crews.
We construct projects on time and to our high standards with our internal general contracting team.
